What have you bought recently?


The 3rd party tablet cover turned up on Monday and is going to be going back to the seller in the new year. The corner bumpers that the tablet clips into are "securely" attached to the backing plate with velcro. Have ordered a neoprene sleeve instead.

HORI Fight Stick Mini Switch. I've had it a few days and am really liking it. It's surprisingly small but the joystick is nice and clicky and I can do sho-ryu-kens every time so must be low latency. I have a joystick with Sanwa components but the center of gravity is too high so it doesn't lie still on a table so kinda useless. My (non-Sanwa) Mayflash broke so I haven't had a joystick for a while. I'm a bit of a HORI fanboi at this point. All their stuff works great after years, unlike eg 8bitdo. Ordered it from Japan because it was cheaper I think it's discontinued. Compatible with my strategic platforms: Switch 2 and MiSTer. It's great to be playing SF again.

@netcat It's fun deciphering katakana and guessing the foreign word it's meant to approximate. It's not a fight stick, it's a fighting stick.
 
Tried the vibrate mode (level one out of five) this morning and it felt like there was someone drilling a hole in a wall next to my head. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Also the battery is lasting for longer than the manufacturer stated which is a bonus.
 
I charged the alarm clock yesterday, the length of time the battery lasted for was an hour and a bit less than five days (2:xx pm Sun to 12:xx pm Fri). Which is a slight ;) bit longer than the manufacturers stated time between charges of 29 hours.

- Nappa Leather Band in Dark Blue (Slate Blue) (this is for more official Events, Birthdays, Marriages, etc)

Amazon:
- Rhinoshild Bumper in Darkblue (even though the Contrast to the Light Blue of my Everyday Band might be a bit much, its works quite good, and as its don't have an Screen Protector, its can't catch Water between the Protector and the Watch Screen
- Anker 3 in 1 Charging Cube, (Apple Watch, iPhone, AirPods), its works quite good, and supports the Fast Charging of the Watch..
- INIU 5000mah Powerbank whit Charging Puck: This is meant as an Pocket Backup, if the Watch some how needs more Batterie Time as it should, but it was only needed yet for the last Watch OS Update)
