No. If that testing is done, the unit is basically ready. People might prfer the risk, but we do not like shipping stuff around the world just for fun.

No. It all comes down to testing. Even if all PCBs are tested you can not be sure that they work once they are in a final Pyra. We can not just send out PCBs and hope for the best.
